As our receptionist, you’re responsible for first impressions!  You’ll handle inbound calls between the hours of 8am and 3pm Mountain Standard Time.  And route the caller to either the sales, support or billing department.

Specific duties include:

  • Answering calls promptly using the company’s standing greeting.
  • Routing calls to the relevant department if they’re available, otherwise taking a detailed message and forwarding the details via email.
  • Recording all calls on the company’s CRM.
  • Routine administrative task between calls as directed.
  • 30 – 40 hours per week.

To secure an interview, you should be an experienced receptionist with sound administrative and computer skills.  Familiarity with the the website development industry or chiropractic is desirable but not essential.
