One of my earlier websites produced lots of traffic but for keywords that weren't producing new patients. So I learned the hard way that you need to set the right keywords upfront!

Hello and Congratulations on what you are doing to bless the poor in Bangalore!

My wife and I hope to return to Khartoum, Sudan in 2013 and part of our mission is to bless the people through Chiropractic care. Can I ask how you began the process in Bangalore? I'm sure you had to register with the government, get approval, find a space, perhaps educate some influential people about the benefits. Any information you can provide will be helpful to us as we prepare.

Thank you.

This a great and wonderful idea. May God bless all those involved. A day may come where I would like to become involved with this. I love chiropractic and spreading "the word ". If another opportunity of this kind becomes available again , please let me know.

Woah! I'm really loving the template/theme of this site. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's hard to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appeal. I must say you have done a superb job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Opera. Exceptional Blog!

The end cause of lower back pain is strains of this lower back muscles. This is usually because these muscles are weak and we over bust them out doing an activity or work around the house or at work. This is To the south Cali. most of us are active or pay a visit to gym or both. But even individuals reading this who are active in ever day life or exercise how often do you workout your spine .? Most of us almost never unless were in a structured work out course. If you aren’t lower back exercises are highly suggested to prevent injuries. So I would like to suggest an uncomplicated one to try. They are referred to as back ups or reverse sit ups. All you should do is lay on your stomach together with your legs flat place your hands behind your mind and lift your upper body up till you you possibly can look up and see the roof above you. The motion should to be a sit up only reversed. You can try lifting one shoulder before the opposite in a twisting motion like you'd in a crunch. Try 10 reps of each and every twice a day and help prevent lower back injuries. As always please consult a doctor before starting any workout and should the exercise causes pain stop and consider buying a check up.
