Contact List Export & Import

If you need to export your old contact list from the old webmail please follow these steps

Exporting Contacts:

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your login details
  3. Select Tools
  4. Select Import/Export
  5. Select Export
    1) Click Contacts 2) Select CSV separator = Comma (,) 3) Click ‘Export’ CSV file
  6. Save the exported file to your computer for later import

Importing Contacts:

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your login details
  3. Click Contacts link
  4. Click “Import/Export Contact”
  5. Click Choose file
  6. Select the file you exported & saved earlier
  7. Click Continue
  8. Check your contacts list
  9. Click “OK” to complete the process
