A Fresh, New Design & Content Interview to Create Unique Persuasive Content

First impressions are everything when prospective new patients are searching for a chiropractor online in your area. You want to keep your design and content fresh and current. If it has been a while since your last makeover, you may be sending the wrong message to prospective patients as design standards change every few years. Also, you should be able to look at your website and feel strongly that it clearly represents your practice and energy. To that end, we are happy to offer design and content makeover options that allow you to work with industry experts to create a website that appeals to your website visitors and helps convert them into new patients.

We’ve created a handy questionnaire that equips us to understand the look and feel you’d like. Most of our clients complete this in 10 minutes or so.

This adds fresh content to your site on a regular basis and establishes authority. It is not only a powerful way to improve Google results, but your patients will appreciate the helpful content you provide them with, and it is great for sharing on social media. Remember, you can always send us some content along with an image and we can create the blog post for you.

You can blog about:

  • Your community and why you love to practice there. Introduce us to other local businesses and discuss what makes your area a great place to live and work.
  • Upcoming events in the office and your community
  • Change in hours, staff or holiday/weather closures
  • Weekly Q & A, Patient question of the week
  • Case /patient of the month. The doctor can pick a patient each month – and write about how the patient presented himself or herself in the clinic, course of treatment, and how the patient is doing now.
  • Healthy tips (e.g. how to properly garden, rake leaves, shovel snow)
  • Exercises and stretches to do at home
  • Favorite healthy recipes
  • And much more!

Add/Edit Content

You can send fresh content, edits, or photos to anytime and we will update the site for you; just let us know the page you’d like to update – or, if a new page, specify that as well – and whatever changes you’d like to make. This makes your website more dynamic and improves SEO.

Website Traffic:

High search engine rankings [organic, maps and paid]

Link Building

Building high-quality local backlinks can have a very positive effect on rankings. I’ve put 5 resources below for you to read up on what this means and what you can do.

General SEO
If you take action on all of the advice on this page, your search engine results are likely to increase dramatically. Below is some additional info for you to consider in regards to SEO.

You may be the best chiropractor in your region. But if you’re not getting found online, you won’t capture the web traffic you need to grow your practice. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising is one way to get found in Google without waiting for the long-term impact of search engine optimization.

Assuming you are targeting the right search terms, with the right strategy, PPC is an excellent way to get relevant patient traffic. It’s a way to compete with other practices by giving you the ability to “outrank” them in the paid areas of Google results. This gives you immediate visibility and new clicks to your chiropractic website.

Email Marketing:

Nurture patients and leads with relevant messages

Plan Email Marketing Campaigns

Email usage worldwide will top 3 billion users by 2020 so email marketing is not going anywhere any time soon.

Email is the continuation of the conversation with your patients and the start of the conversation with prospective patients. It’s nurturing relationships and keeping the “welcome mat” out.

If you want to learn more about the role email marketing plays in your chiropractic digital marketing strategy, then download our free eBook “The Chiropractor’s Guide to Email Marketing”. It walks you through the best practices for running optimized campaigns, things to avoid when emailing your patients and even how to choose the right email provider.

Create Email Marketing Templates

template-02-350You can create your own custom template if you like to send out to your subscribers.

  • Click on the “Email” tab in the left side of your dashboard.
  • Click on “Templates”.
  • Click on “Add New” at the top of the page.
  • Add a Template Title and a description then add your text using the formatting tools and “Add Media” button for images.

When you are ready you can use the “Preview Template” button at the bottom to see how it will look. When you are happy with the results, click on the “Save Template” button also at the bottom. Your custom template will be saved in the list and is now available to be sent to your subscribers from the “Email” module. Happy Templating!

Schedule Emails

  • Hover over the Email tab in the left menu and click Send Email from the drop-down menu.
  • You will be presented with a blank email template ready for you to type or paste your content into.
  • Once you’ve completed your email, we recommend you use the Send Test button to send yourself a proof of your email before sending it to all subscribers.
  • When you’re happy with how your email looks, click the Send button to send to all subscribers.
  • You can also click on the Schedule button to send the email on a specific day and time.

New Patient Surveys

New Patient Surveys:

Part of the welcome email your subscribers receive is a quick, easy new patient survey they can fill out to let you know how their visit was. If the patient gives you a 5-star rating with written content, we will send it to you for approval. If you approve, we will post it to your site on your behalf, either in the testimonial widget on your homepage or on a review page. This establishes authority, adds fresh content, and encourages new patients to sign up.

This is crucial to patient engagement, and I noticed that it looks like you have not been adding subscribers recently. When new patients are added as subscribers, you can send them a welcome email, which includes a link to fill out a quick and easy survey. More on that in the next section.

They will also receive a fun, educational e-learning course in chiropractic, a monthly blog rollup email, birthday emails, and a newsletter we send out on your behalf. These options are customizable, so you can let us know what you’d like your patients to receive. You can also email your subscribers individually, in bulk, or in groups based on tags you assign to them.

Asking for Reviews

Did you know that 85% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations? That means your online reputation is just as important as your real-world reputation.

It’s particularly effective to ask patients after a few visits when the patient is starting to feel better. Simply, create an email template that you can easily copy and paste as part of a routine follow up with patients. Don’t forget to include the link to the review site you’d like people to post to.
