One of the innovations on our new website platform is the new patient survey. When new patients are added as subscribers to your website, you’ll have an option to send a generic welcome message or the survey welcome message.

Among other things, the survey welcome message contains a link to a page on your website with questions that uncover your newest patients’ perceptions about their first visit experience.

Using the latest survey technology, patients simply click on the face that best sums up their experience.

New Patient Survey Faces

This is important feedback that may reveal training opportunities and other ways to make a new patient’s first (and most lasting) impression positive and worthy of referral.

You’ll be delighted to know that when patients give you all smiles and they leave a short “review,” they are automatically asked for permission to publish their comments on your website. Here are a few recent observations by real patients:

“Great first experience. A wonderful environment and extremely warm and friendly doctors and staff.”

“I was very pleased with how all my previous data was reviewed and was taken care of in a warm, friendly and professional manner.”

“Very impressed… From my initial call through to my consultation with the doctor! Professional, caring and thorough! Thank you so much.”

As your practice receives positive new patient reviews, with your approval, I can add them to a Patient Reviews area of your Perfect Patients site. Positive feedback can be inspiring for you and reassuring to potential patients who review it on your website.
